It applies to all services of Ahead Host LLC LLC. i,e Web Hosting, VPS, Dedicated Server and Other Services.

Validation & Services Activation
We carefully evaluate new accounts to determine high risk orders. Please do not take it personally if you are asked to verify a new account as you may have been flagged for suspicious activity, Nature of our product or Payments suspicious activity.
Refund Policy
Infringement of this Agreement will eliminate your rights under the refund policy and your service will be terminated as well.
- If we find any website that hosts or sponsors terrorism`s material. It will be suspended promptly without any notice.
- If we find any website that hosts child porn or links to child pornography. It will be suspended promptly without any notice.
- Ahead Host LLC LLC entirely does not support selling bank accounts, online stolen credit card, PayPal or other sensitive financial information at any cost. If any service is found which is used for such purpose. Will be suspended promptly without any notice.
- Any service found to be intentionally used for phishing or other similar any other hacking way. That will be suspended promptly without any notice for breach of terms of services.
- Do not be involved in any sort of DDOS attacks or Hacking Activities.
Refund Policy

Infringement of this Agreement will eliminate your rights under the refund policy and your service will be terminated as well.
- Any service found to be used for Emailing Spam purposely. Will be suspended promptly without any notice.
- Any service found to be used for running anti group of any religion. Will be suspended promptly without any notice.
- Any service found to be used for running Proxy Scripts/Anonymizers
- Any service found to be used for running IP Scanners, Bruteforce Programs, Mail Spamming or Spamming Scripts.
- Any service found be used hosting any sorts of Malicious, Phishing, Fraudulent, Lottery, Carding, Gambling sites
Our Services
Shared & Reseller Hosting
Users can’t do the following:
- Hosting or uploading of video/audio files is strictly forbidden ( linking is allowed)
- Websites similar to clipbucket, ClipShare, MediaShare that share videos are not allowed.
- Scripts similar to (Photobucket and Tinypic) that host images are not allowed
- Uploading of bulk images for user downloads are not allowed
- Illegal Pharmacy Sites selling drugs are not allowed.
- Harassment, whether through religion, language, or size of messages.
- Running any gaming server/Running Bots/ Internet Relay Chat/Proxy Scripts/Anonymizers
- Running IP Scanners, Bruteforce Programs, Mail Spamming or Spamming Scripts.
- Hosting any sorts of Malicious, Phishing, Fraudulent, Lottery, Carding, Gambling sites.
- Shared & Reseller hosting cannot be used for file storage systems, or backup storage.
DMCA Ignored Hosting
Users can’t do the following:
- Running any sort of real-time chat applications that require high resources from server.
- Running any program that interfaces with any (Internet Relay Chat) network.
- Running any Bot that harvests.
- DMCA Ignored Hosting cannot be used for file storage systems, or backup storage.
Virtual Private Server
Terms for All Virtual Private Servers
- Do not be s part of criminal or fraudulent activity.
- If your hosted contents are violating laws or copyrights terms. We will suspend your server promptly.
- We do not permit any kind of Bulk Emailing on VPS. Software like Mail bomber and SendBlaster are forbidden. If we find anyone using them on his/her VPS. We will terminate the server promptly without any notice neither notification.
Dedicated Servers
- Do not be s part of criminal or fraudulent activity.
- We do not permit any sort of Mass Emailing activity or any other out of SPAM from our servers.
- If your server IPV4 address goes into blacklists over internet such as SBL, CSS, DBL, PBL, Barracuda, Spamcop or Sorbs, Rats. We will suspend your server promptly and permanently without any notice and refund won’t be issued.
- We don’t permit any sort of DDOS attacks from our servers.
- Disperse any stuff (by uploading, email or posting) that harasses another internet user is not allowed.
Other Services
- Do not be involved in over usage violation or fraudulent activity.
- We do not permit any sort of illegal activities for all services.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Ahead Host LLC won’t be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may emerge from Ahead Host LLC servers going down or inaccessible for any reason. Furthermore, Ahead Host LLC won’t not be responsible for any damages resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from one of Ahead Host LLC servers. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service.
DISCLAIMER
Ahead Host LLC cannot be held liable for system downtime, accidents, or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicted estimate of profits in which a client would have gained if their site was functioning. Certain services provided by Ahead Host LLC are resold. Thus, certain equipment, routing, software, and programming used by Ahead Host LLC are not directly owned or written by Ahead Host LLC. Moreover, Ahead Host LLC holds no responsibility for the use of our clients accounts. If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed, the account in question will be automatically deactivated. We reserve the right to remove any account without advanced notice for any reason without restitution as Ahead Host LLC sees fit. FURTHERMORE, Ahead Host LLC retains the right to change any or all of the above Policies, Guidelines, and Disclaimer without notification.
