However, if because of any reason you want to open a cancellation then open a ticket from your clientarea or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org regarding a refund request, you will be given a full refund of the amount paid for hosting. This money-back guarantee only applies to fees paid for hosting services and does not apply to administrative fees, install fees for custom software or other setup fees, or to any fees for any other additional services.
Virtual Private Servers:
There are no refunds on all Virtual Private Servers. The 7 days money back policy does not apply on Virtual Private Server because of the nature of the service. But we offer credit balance to client’s account only if we receive appeal from the client within 7 days of activation the concerned service. This credit-back only applies to fees paid for Virtual Private Server and does not apply to any other additional services like cPanel/Softaculous. Refund is only possible in case of an accident from our side with your server being offline for 72 hours or more.
Our 7 day money back guarantee only includes shared hosting accounts hence, no refunds are provided for dedicated servers under any circumstances due to the nature of the service.
Ahead Host LLC does not offer refunds to all Services under “Other Services”Tab.
Domain Registration or Renewals:
Please note, there is no money back guarantee on domain renewals, domain registration or on domain transfer.
Cancellation Process For Refund
Customers may cancel service at any time. Our refund policy is 7 days and setup fees are non-refundable. As stated earlier, if you are unhappy with any aspect of our hosting service then kindly contact our help/support department. We will do our best to rectify the problem. You have the right to revoke your hosting account within 7 days through a written notice either by opening a ticket from Client Area or by sending us an email to email@example.com with subject line Cancellation and Refund. The consumer may submit all requests to terminate the service in writing in order to get services’ refunds. Failure to do so client may loose of the consumer’s right to the refunds and the provider won’t not be obliged to refund for Refundable Services.
No cancellation requests will be acknowledged after 7 days period. If notice of cancellation is not received within this time frame, you will not be eligible for refund.
Your request will be processed within 24 hours upon the confirmation of your information. We will notify you in writing typically by email regarding cancellation and the dispensation of refund.
Your access to the services will be terminated, in whole or in part, without any notice in the event that:
- You fail to pay your dues;
- You fail to follow the terms and conditions of this Agreement;
- You may harm the provider and its user by any legal or illegal activity such as spamming, brute force attacks, DDOS attack etc. or
- You use the service in a way which constitutes violation of any applicable statute, law, court order, tariff, regulation, or treaty (including, but not limited to, intellectual property, communications, privacy, criminal and international law)
Ahead Host LLC should not compensate you for any expenses paid ahead of time of such termination and you will be liable to pay all expenses and charges gathered preceding the adequacy of such termination.
On termination of this Agreement or suspension of the Services we shall be entitled to block your Website and to remove all data located on it immediately. We shall be entitled to delete all such data but we may, at our discretion, hold such data for such period as we may decide to allow you to collect it at your expense, subject to payment in full of any amounts withstanding and payable to us.
